Brabners LLP declares!

Brabners LLP formally recognises the climate and biodiversity emergency posing an existential threat to all life on Earth. We acknowledge that our current way of living is not sustainable, and that urgent action is needed.

At Brabners we believe business should bring about positive change. We are proud to join Business Declares and its network of businesses committed to telling the truth about the climate emergency and to lead by example by adopting the best business practices to encourage sustainability.

In 2021 we launched our Sustainability, Environmental and Green Group to review our business activities and environmental impact. We have adopted ambitious sustainability goals and are committed to accurately measuring our carbon emissions.

We have been net zero since 2020 via carbon offsetting with Forest Carbon Ltd, investing in UK based woodland and peat restoration projects; but it is our aim to sustain our net zero status not simply by carbon offsetting but through a meaningful reduction in our carbon emissions.

This climate declaration is just one of the first steps we are taking to address the climate and biodiversity breakdown. Our plan, which will be subject to regular review, is to involve our clients, engage with regional projects, and empower our employees to choose sustainable options.
